The edition series entitled Building Law (Stavební právo) (6 volumes a year + 4 issues of the Stavební právo – Bulletin periodical) provides complete information on legal regulations, new acts of the Parliament, ordinances and decrees, including commentaries.

It is issued in co-operation with the Ministry for Regional Development of the Czech Republic and Czech Association for Building Law, which ensures its professional nature and immediate use of explanations which are applied by the Ministry towards building authorities and land planning and zoning bodies.

The edition concepts are formed in such a manner that they can form a brief and well arranged basis of the minimum amount of working information not only for employees of all local, community and municipal authorities and their building departments, but also as a source of information for those people who meet the issues connected with the buildings and building treatments and must solve them so that all can be in accordance with binding regulations and standards. Publications of the Building Law edition series are also a useful working and studying aid for authorised experts in the field of building law, appraisers, teachers and students of this specific branch.
